Never Ending Christmas

I feel like I have been celebrating Christmas for over a month…

The first fireworks started on 4th December and we celebrated ‘old New Years Day’ January 14th.

In that time I have experienced my first Slava, attempted a full English roast (minus brussel sprouts), New Years Eve, 2 bank holidays, a new Christmas eve tradition, second Christmas, second family Slava and second New Years.

There are some things I will not attempt again, mainly around food. But spending time with people who consistently show up has been so special to me. It has reminded me that presents are not so important. To slow down and just be in the moment.
